Medical Mile Research Terms of Use

By accessing or entering www.medicalmileresearch.com (“MMR”) (“Medical Mile Research”) or the Medical Mile Network or Community (“MMR”) (“Medical Mile Research”) www.community.medicalmileresearch.com, you are agreeing to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy set forth in this document, and you are granting Medical Mile Research authorization to contact you through email and phone for the purpose of market research.

 

1. Site and Network Protection

The site www.medicalmileresearch.com and the Medical Mile Research Network www.community.medicalmileresearch.co is owned and operated by Medical Mile Research. All details provided on these sites, or the Medical Mile Network are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. It is prohibited to copy, transmit, distribute, post, reproduce, screenshot, or save any materials on the site or the Medical Mile Network. Medical Mile Research, www.medicalmileresearch.com, and www.community.medicalmileresearch.com retain all property and proprietary rights to the site.

2. Compensation

All market research opportunities received through Medical Mile Research are voluntary. Compensation is provided to participants who qualify and complete the entirety of the market research opportunity. If participants do not qualify, or do not complete the entirety of the research opportunity for any reason, they will not be compensated. Participation is compensated and varies according to the specific market research opportunity. Medical Mile Research reserves the right to withhold any payments if there is evidence or suspicion of fraudulent use, dishonesty, or breach of the Terms of Use Agreement or that of the Privacy Policy.

3. Tax Liability

Medical Mile Research issues IRS 1099 Forms for any participant who receives a sum larger than $600 in a fiscal year. You are fully liable and responsible for reporting all earnings from Medical Mile Research to the IRS or any other financial authorities. If you receive a sum larger than $600 in a fiscal year, you agree that you will provide your Social Security Number, Tax ID #, or any other necessary information directly to Medical Mile Research for the Financial and IRS Tax Reporting purposes. Medical Mile Research is hereby not responsible or liable for any deductions or taxes that apply to you as a result of your payments received by Medical Mile Research.

4. General Terms

Acceptance of these Terms of Use, you understand and agree to the following:

  • All information provided by the You is voluntary

  • All information provided by you is not knowingly fraudulent or impersonating of others

  • By entering the Medical Mile Network (membership), you are agreeing that all information being provided is honest to the best of your knowledge

  • You agree that your access to the Medical Mile Network and the information you provide is being used for the purpose of qualifying for market research opportunities only, and for no other reason

  • Sharing of any Medical Mile Network details are prohibited

  • Medical Mile Research reserves the right to withhold any payments if there is evidence or suspicion of fraudulent use, dishonesty, or breach of this Use of Terms agreement or that of the Privacy Policy

5. Medical Mile Research Emails

The information contained in any email messages sent by Medical Mile Research to you are confidential and protected information intended only for the use of the individual or entity named and directed to in the email message. Recipients of any Medical Mile Research emails are prohibited by State and Federal law from disclosing the email message content information to any other party without specific written authorization from Medical Mile Research. If you receive any Medical Mile Research emails that are not directed to you, or if you receive any emails by error that do not address you personally, you are hereby notified that any disclosure, dissemination, distribution, copying, or action taken in reliance to the content of the email message communicated is strictly prohibited. If you receive any email that you believe is in error, you are required to destroy the message and its attachments, and an email from you to Medical Mile Research via support@medicalmileresearch.com as a notification.

6. Account Violations

Creating a Medical Mile Network Account is voluntary. Medical Mile Research has the right to access the network members account, for any reason including but not limited to the network member providing false or inconsistent information, any legal criminal or civil requests, or any use of the account by the network member for unlawful reasons. Medical Mile Research has the right to suspend or cancel a member’s account if there is a breach of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy. Sharing member account details or survey invitations received by you from Medical Mile Research is prohibited. You agree that your member details and invitations are specific to you and only you. Any use of the network or a survey invitation by an individual other than yourself is prohibited and allows Medical Mile Research to withhold any compensation, suspend, or cancel an account.

7. Policy Changes

Medical Mile Research reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time without notice to you.

8. Jurisdiction

Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy contain the full extent of the agreements between you and Medical Mile research relating to the content contained within these policies. This agreement is the only valid agreement between you and Medical Mile Research. No other, written, or oral agreements are to replace or supplement this agreement. Any disagreements or disputes of this agreement should be communicated by you to Medical Mile Research directly. By accessing and using the site or the Medical Mile Research Network, you agree that your access, use, and participation is subject to, governed by, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United Sates of America, excluding its conflict of law provisions. You are hereby consented to the jurisdiction of the laws of the United States of the State of Michigan. If any specific provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will continue to be enforced and in effect.

9. Agreement Duration

This agreement is in effect until terminated or stopped by Medical Mile Research. In this event, the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the use of the information on this site shall survive as set forth in this agreement of the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
